On 16 August ISS announced a EUR 500 million equity investment in ISS by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (Teachers') and KIRKBI Invest A/S. ISS is pleased to announce that the equity investment is successfully completed.

As a result of the broadened ownership of ISS, Jo Taylor (51), Teachers' Private Capital Vice-President and head of Teachers' London office, has been elected to the Board of Directors of ISS A/S and ISS World Services A/S. Jo Taylor is also a non-executive Director at Helly Hansen and Kainos Software Limited. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, a BA (Honours) from London University, and has extensive experience in the investment industry, including more than 20 years as an international private equity investor.

“We are very pleased to welcome Jo Taylor to the Board of directors of ISS. With his extensive investment career and Teachers’ strong global business network, Jo brings very important experience and knowledge to the board”, said Ole Andersen, Chairman of ISS A/S.

“ISS is a good company with the right strategy for success and it is well positioned to further win in the marketplace. I am very much looking forward to joining the board of ISS and become part of making ISS an even better company”, said Jo Taylor, Teachers' Private Capital Vice-President.
