Placement of a bond issue for Inter Eiendom Finans AS successfully completed
Issue amount: NOK 55m
Interest rate: 3M NIBOR + 8 % p.a.
Maturity: 36 months (+/- 12 months)

The NOK 55m bond issue for Inter Eiendom Finans AS – has been successfully completed. JOOL Markets AS acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner for the bond issue.
The bond issue has a floating interest rate of 3 months NIBOR + 8 % p.a. with quarterly payments and maturity in December 2021.
The net proceeds will be used to refinance the existing bond in Inter Eiendom, further develop the projects in the portfolio and for general corporate purposes.
The bonds are secured with 1st priority pledge over all shares issued by the Issuer, pledge over shares issued by Property Companies, guarantee from Inter Eiendom AS, 1st priority pledge over all intercompany loans in Issuer and Parent, 1st priority pledge over the accounts (Interest Retention Account, Blocked Account and Parent’s Operating Account).
Advokatfirmaet Grette AS acted as legal advisor and Intertrust (Norway) AS as bond trustee. The bonds will be registered through VPS Norway.
