Placement of a bond issue for SSR Group successfully completed

Maturity: 36 months
The EUR 12 M bond issue for SSR Group, through the subsidiary Salpausselän Rakentajat Oy, has been successfully completed. JOOL Markets AS acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in the bond issue.
The bond, maturing in November 2020, bears a fixed coupon of 10,75 per cent p.a. (paid quarterly). The bond is secured through 1st priority pledge over 100% of the shares in the Issuer and certain subsidiaries, 1st priority security over all intercompany loans granted by SSR Group Oy, the Issuer and certain subsidiaries, enterprise mortgages over all assets in the Issuer, the Guarantor and certain subsidiaries, guarantee from the Guarantor and certain subsidiaries and pledge over the interest retention account.
The transaction proceeds will be used for work in progress, debt repayments, general corporate purposes, interest retention account and transaction costs.
Roschier law firm acted as legal advisors and Intertrust (Finland) Oy as bond trustee. The bonds will be registered through Euroclear Finland (EUR bonds), Euroclear Sweden (SEK bonds) and VPS Norway (NOK bonds).
