Karolinska Institutet Science Park DAY 2014, April 29 – Success Stories and Business Opportunities

Welcome to Karolinska Institutet Science Park DAY 2014, an entire afternoon filled with success stories and business opportunities. You will get to meet exiting life science companies ready to take the next step to pursue the development of new therapies, innovative diagnostics and medical technologies.

Karolinska Institutet Science Park DAY 2014 will be hosted by Magnus Persson, chairman of Karolinska Institutet Innovations, and the keynote talk will be given by Dr. Gerd Maass, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Roche Pharma AG.

AB Mando, an innovative healthcare company specialized in treating eating disorders with its own patented technology.

Aprea, who are on track in developing a novel cancer therapy targeting cells with mutation of the p53 gene.

Clanotech, with ophthalmology projects currently in preclinical phase and intended to enter clinical trial during 2014.

InDex Pharmaceuticals, an immunology focused biopharmaceutical company with, among other things, a candidate currently in a Phase III trial in severe treatment refractory Ulcerative Colitis.

Liquid Biopsy, developing instruments for today’s medical cytology and tomorrow's individualized cell-based cancer diagnostics.

Neurovive Pharmaceutical, a world leader in developing cyclosporine-based mitochondrial-protecting pharmaceuticals.

NKure is a new cell therapy project using selectively expanded natural killer cells for the treatment of leukaemia.

Pharmanest, a pharmaceutical company specialized in developing products for local pain relief in obstetrics and gynecology.
