Larix A/S takes over the projects and employees of Norma A/S

On the 24^th of July 2015, Larix A/S signed a transfer agreement with Norma A/S (including its subsidiaries) in a takeover of Norma’s employees and ongoing projects. The transfer is effective as of 1^st July, 2015.

Larix is a full service Nordic CRO offering assistance in all aspects of clinical studies to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. Larix has been on the market for more than 14 years and our staff has a broad experience operating in all aspects of clinical and medical device studies and different therapeutic areas for both smaller and larger companies. Larix headquarters are located in Ballerup, Denmark with one Swedish affiliate located in Karolinska Institutet Science Park, Stockholm.

Larix takes over operations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland and with this transfer the total number of employees reaches 72.

The transfer includes the important know-how, personnel employed by the contract research organization Norma and its existing projects. The addition will further increase Larix’ experience and competence in clinical trial services and also give a good Nordic distribution of its operations.
