Stockholm, Sweden – Wednesday, 7th March 2018, - MedUniverse has today announced the release of its new Review feature for Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences subscribers to its digital platform. The new feature of the MedUniverse platform enables a healthcare expert to securely create, edit and approve a patient case, without needing to log in to the customer’s account.
MedUniverse CEO and co-founder Anna Omstedt said “Our platform has been developed by working closely with our customers, and this new feature is the next release based on that critical relationship. We appreciate that our customers need to embrace the transformation of digital but they need solutions that meet the very specific requirements of their industry so they can engage easily, securely and compliantly with experts, healthcare professionals and patients.
Omstedt said “Our customers told us they were spending too much time and budget using PowerPoint to create, edit and manage patient cases with key opinion leaders. We listened to this insight and opened up our platform to enable our customers to share a secure link to with experts who can then create, edit and approve patient cases. This has removed the inefficiencies and frustrations of the old way of working.”

Dr Lester Russell BM DRCOG MRCGP MBA is one of the early experts using the new Review feature. Dr Russell said “This platform is so easy to use, to create or review a clinical case study. The interface is intuitive and quick to navigate and the video tutorials are clear, helpful and just the right length.”
Dr Russell said “Any clinician should be able to use the platform to create or review a case study, to educate or to communicate pertinent areas of clinical interest.”
