Mitel delivers new collaborative services for medium and large businesses

Stockholm, December 16, 2014 -- Mitel® (Nasdaq:MITL) (TSX:MNW), a global leader in business communications, is now offering its advanced conferencing and collaboration services on MiVoice MX-ONE unified communications platforms, through MiCollab Conferencing and MiVoice Video Phone.

Initiated at the beginning of the year, Mitel thus pursues its portfolio integration strategy to deliver a common desktop communications experience to its customers, with a clear migration path to cloud communications.

It allows them to organize either scheduled or ad hoc conferencing and webinars, share desktop and application, use instant messaging whether public or private during a conference, or also register the conference.

Designed for meeting rooms, MiVoice Video Phone allows for simple and spontaneous high quality audio and video collaboration up to 4 people, enabling for example users to easily display materials and access directly to cloud enabled services such as Google® Docs™, Dropbox™ to share files not presently in the room.
