BizView leverage Microsoft’s in-memory technology for fast reporting on massive amount of data

In today's world, with more and more data available, fast respond to all kind of queries about the business is essential. Microsoft xVelocity technology was introduced with SQL Server 2012 and means that data is handled by the fast memory on the database server instead of processed on disk. Tests have shown that this provide performance improvements of 100x and more. The xVelocity technology from Microsoft is similar to the technology behind the SAP Hana database and the QlikView in-memory technology.

In BizView version 5.2 there is now built-in support for utilizing xVelocity for reporting against the BizView Datastore. For large clients with huge data volumes this will be a new tool to even further boost performance.
