Netigate's "superjenter" triumph in Norwegian meetings-booked competition

Fossum booked 10 sales meetings during the two-hour competition in Oslo, sponsored by Training Norge AS, to earn the distinction as Norway’s top booker. Fossum has been a Netigate employee since 2015.

The competition took place on Feb. 7, with participants cold-calling prospects during the allotted time. The winner was decided by total number of booked meetings. 

Hoxha, who started just late last year at Netigate, claimed fourth place in the competition with seven booked meetings.

Their strong results came as no surprise, however, to their manager Ida Holtet, who added that the pair booked 119 meetings in January 2019.

“It’s a pleasure to have two sales developers so independent, focused, and talented on my team,” said Holtet. “They’re both incredibly hard-working and deserve the recognition they received through this competition.”

The event was open to all sales people in Norway. Each contestant received a prepared list with 100 leads containing just a few details (name, telephone number, email address, and place of employment).
