GWP Patron to discuss water at Davos

The Global Water Partnership Patron Margaret Catley-Carson participates at the 40th World Economic Forum in Davos on 27-31 January 2010 to put focus on water issues in relation to economics. Ms Catley-Carson will moderate a high-level session where water protection and management will be discussed with business representatives and political leaders.

The theme of this year's meeting is a call to action for decision-makers to use the opportunity of the five days to "Improve the State of the World: Rethink, Redesign, Rebuild". More than 2,500 leaders from business, government and civil society will participate in over 200 working sessions on topics including Haiti, the Millennium Development Goals, the environment and the economy.
