The Faces of Kodiak Rating: Introducing Linnéa Hansson
From the outside looking in, Kodiak Rating is B2B tech company providing sourcing and procurement professionals with the technology necessary to innovate with their suppliers. And, while this description may be true, there is a lot of very special people that make Kodiak Rating the organization it is.
Sometimes we forget that organizations require the harmonization of a lot of moving parts, and it’s seldom that the people that fill those roles receive the individualized recognition that is deserved for their work within a company. Kodiak Rating is the people that work here.
Introducing Linnéa Hansson
Linnéa Hansson is one of Kodiak Rating’s Key Customer Success Managers, responsible for on-boarding, training, and ensuring our customer’s success when using the Kodiak Rating platform.
Beyond servicing our customers with valuable support on a daily basis, Linnéa is an empathetic, driven and outspoken member of the team. Linnéa always has a smile on her face and her laugh is contagious. Though you can’t laugh along with us, we hope you get to know her a bit better from the interview we had last week.
What’s your favorite part about your role at Kodiak Rating?
I’d have to say meeting customers, getting to hear their pain points and solving them. I’m a ‘solution-oriented’ person, so problems are something that I welcome. I believe that Kodiak Rating’s platform is making the day-to-day operations of our customers much easier, and that’s something I get to experience on a daily basis, which makes this a nice role for me.
What’s your favorite food?
You used to live in Malmö, what do you miss the most about living there?
Copenhagen. And, if I miss one thing that’s actually in Malmö I’d say the 25 Kronor Falafel outside my door.
What’s your favorite season of the year and why?
Definitely, the summer because I hate the cold. But, it seems like people are happier during the summer, and there’s a lot more happening.
What’s an interesting fact that not a lot of people know about you?
That I speak Swahili.
How do you take your previous experience from the UN and focus within Human Rights into your work today?
I see a strong link from my previous roles to the content that we’re providing within supplier assessments, that we enable our customers to conduct. Our focus is to help our customers engage their suppliers in sustainable development and CSR goals. The means of creating sustainable development – between my previous work and this position – are a bit different, but the goals are the same. The ability to help our customers make an impact at the supplier level is incredibly exciting considering the amount of Human Rights violations that can be eradicated with proper supplier assessment, quality auditing and relationship management.
You’re taking an After-Work in Stockholm, where are you heading?
The best After-Works are in our office. So, I never have to go too far!
If you had a superpower what would it be?
Teleportation. Because traveling is annoying but the end destination is always a good time.

Vår tid är nu (Our Time is Now) and everyone needs to watch it!
As for a book, Susan Kane book about introverts called Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking. I’m trying to learn more about people that aren’t necessarily like me in social situations. It’s amazing to get to learn about what kind of power there is in being an introvert. We often put value in the personality traits of extroverts, such as leadership, but there is plenty of value in being an introvert as well. I think it’s important to gain a respect for the diverse nature of humans.
