Blueair, the world’s leading maker of premium air purifiers, has appointed Karin Kruse as global product marketing manager at its head office in Stockholm, Sweden.
Karin, who will head up Blueair’s product marketing, has a solid strategic and operative marketing experience coupled with an engineering background. Her career experience encompasses product and services management, project management, and product launches as well as product and concept development based on consumer insights.
Karin joins Blueair from Maquet Critical Care where as Service Marketing Manager she was responsible for driving business development and implementation of new concepts and tools to increase aftermarket revenue. Among other assignments, Karin successfully launched a global services concept including communication campaign, sales support material and sales of services training to boost sales of services.
Prior to Maquet, Karin held a number of marketing roles with Electrolux, most recently as managing a product portfolio as product Marketing Manager for Electrolux Floor Care & Small Appliances. She studied mechanical engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH, in Stockholm, and marketing and business administration at Stockholm’s IMH Business School.
