Craig Larman visits Stockholm and Citerus November 4-6, 2015. Larman is the co-founder (together with Bas Vodde) of LeSS (Large Scale Scrum). LeSS is a framework for scaled agile and scaling Scrum.

Even larger organisations see the value of being more flexible. But it is always a challenge to make it work. The LeSS Framework has several similarities to Scrum: Keep it simple, dare to think by yourself and create solutions that fit YOUR company.

- You often hear about SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) when it comes to scaling agile. For us at Citerus it is paramount to always help our clients design a way of working that fits their unique context. That’s why we are eager to have Craig come and teach us and others what LeSS has to offer, says Tobias Fors, Certified Scrum Trainer and management consultant at Citerus.

Craig Larman visits Citerus in Stockholm the 4-6th of November 2015 and will run the 3 day´s course Certified LeSS Practitioner. The course will be held in English.
