REDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Serena Software has launched a program to woo customers from Borland Software, which is in the midst of being acquired by Micro Focus, by inviting Borland customers to switch to Serena Software's flagship application lifecycle management (ALM) offering, Serena(R) Dimensions(R) CM, for the price of their current Borland annual maintenance fees on qualified Borland(R) StarTeam(R) products.
