Exploreyourpassion.com offers applicants a quick and simple sign up process. Once a member, he or she can easily register a resume and apply for jobs in a specific field or location. The resume is saved and can be updated at any time. The employer on the other hand can quickly upload advertisements on the placement board and take advantage of the applicant network that Explore Your Passion offers. ”The business model is very simple” says co-founder Marcus Löwgren. ”Basically the employer creates a profile and is then charged a fixed fee for each advertisement” he explains.
