The successful job platform exploreyourpassion.com relaunches a 2.0 version of the site, introducing the unique recruitment tool EYPartner which enables clients to manage the recruitment process effectively. "The new EYPartner tool makes it even easier for our clients to manage adverts, screen applications and take action" says Arthur Rapaport, co-founder and internal IT-guru who developed the new site.Exploreyourpassion.com was launched in fall 2013 and the mission was to connect talented people with attractive companies in the European mountains. The launch was a success and in the first month only the site gained over 700 registered applicants. ”By combining our expertise from the hospitality industry and the passion we share for skiing we launched a platform where people can seek their next challenge” says Matilda Rapaport, co-founder of Explore Your Passion.
Exploreyourpassion.com offers applicants a quick and simple sign up process. Once a member, he or she can easily register a resume and apply for jobs in a specific field or location. The resume is saved and can be updated at any time. The employer on the other hand can quickly upload advertisements on the placement board and take advantage of the applicant network that Explore Your Passion offers. ”The business model is very simple” says co-founder Marcus Löwgren. ”Basically the employer creates a profile and is then charged a fixed fee for each advertisement” he explains.
