In a time where there are as many role descriptions as there are professionals working with innovation management, the need for best practices, knowledge sharing and strong relationships via networking are necessary to drive this important role and practice in the right direction: supporting companies in becoming world class at innovation for sustainable growth and profit.

Leaders Alliance, Expert at Networks, combined with Innovation360, Expert at Innovation, creates a unique platform and alliance.

The Innovation Alliance is a unique combination of being both a network for likeminded visionary leadersand a boot camp in how innovation is done in practice. By mixing soft values with hard skills leaders who enroll in this network will be equipped to succeed with managing innovation in their respective organizations.

The main focus areas are:

  • Knowledge Exchange - being the force of change can be lonely at times
  • Defining the Role - The role of innovation management in organizations is still under development
  • Learning how to Succeed - AI-driven analysis, digital tools, methods, processes and best practices for driving innovation in your organization

The Innovation Alliance group will consist of 20 Innovation Managers (or equiv.) from the Nordics and will meet during 5 full days spread out over 12 months in central Stockholm. In addition, there will be a field trip to an innovation hot spot chosen by the group. The first Innovation Alliance program is scheduled to start in the spring of 2018.

The foundation of Leaders Alliance methodology is based on three pillars: 1. Exchange of experience : to learn from the other members’ successes and failures 2. Personality- & leadership development: increased self awareness, communication and leadership 3. Disruptive methodology: methods for finding the ideas and solutions of the future and to be in the foref
