Micropos Medical AB (publ) has developed the electromagnetic RayPilot® system for increased precision in radiotherapy treatment of prostate cancer. Micropos has been working together with the German company Raumedic AG for production of the sterile disposable part of the RayPilot® system. The two companies has jointly developed the RayPilot® transmitter from concept to CE-marked product. The system is CE-marked since February 2009 and all is set for the start of serial production of the RayPilot® transmitter at Raumedic’s factory in Germany.
