Renowned Human Geneticist will Provide Expert Guidance in Genomics for Mitrionics' Hybrid Computing Platforms
Los Gatos, CA, April 21,2009 - Mitrionics AB, the expert in parallel processing software and accelerated hybrid computing servers has appointed Dietrich Stephan, Ph.D., as its first scientific advisory board member.
Within the genomics and bioinformatics markets, Mitrionics' products dramatically accelerate the most complex bioinformatics codes including sequence search and detection, sequence comparison, mapping and alignment. Dr. Stephan trained as a fellow at the National Human Genome Research Institute of the NIH.
