Gold and Diamond Project (Dreamweaver)
The purpose of the gold and diamond
mine project (Dreamweaver) is to find and mine gold and diamonds to generate
capital so as to invest in ocean projects to find lost ship wrecks and pre
historical sunken cities etc.
WestChi Resources holds a mineral claim on a property in north central Saskatchewan that is a candidate for exploration and development. This property is in an area rich in gold and diamond deposits. Ocean X is in contact with the Guna Indians of Panama as well as the Panamanian Government to get mineral and exploration rights in Panama.
WestChi Resources through its president Brian Hibbard with Ocean X team are proposing to make a joint venture for the ultimate purpose of exploration and discovery. To accomplish this Brian is trying to use his back ground as a petroleum engineer and his resources. He has proposed to use his north central Saskatchewan gold/diamond property with the help of Ocean X’s marketing presence so as to gain money to explore and develop this property as well as future Panamanian holdings with the intent of using the success and profits to search the world for historical treasures and sunken civilizations.
The property has recently come into the spot light with kimberlite pipes containing diamonds found on North Arrow Minerals Property just to the east of the WestChi property. Some of the diamonds recovered are more than 1 carat in size. The going prices for 1 carat diamonds and larger are about 400$/carat.
Through an aerial gravimetric survey of North Arrow Minerals property that North Arrow has done recently, North Arrow has indicated that KIM’s (kimberlite indicator mineral trains) have also been found throughout the North Arrow Minerals 33,000 hectare property, especially to the North of the property.
A quote from Stornoway Diamond Corporation (partners with North Arrow) “ the Pikoo Property has identified two distinct kimberlite indicator mineral trains. The mineral trains are well defined and a bedrock source for the indicator minerals”
Also quoted by Stornoway “A partially disaggregated boulder identified by Stornoway geologists as altered kimberlite was discovered in the spring of 2012 from the North target area, however a bedrock source has not been identified.”
The Northern Target area of the North Arrows Pikoo Property is close to WestChi land, this possibly would give good indication of kimberlite pipes and diamonds being on the WestChi claim also. More over than the potential of diamonds, this area that is involved is potentially rich in gold deposits.
There are gold mines located to the north, north-west and north-east of the WestChi property. One example of the potential of this area is the Seebee mine which has produced over 1 million oz of gold during its life thus far and since Claude Resources takeover of the mine in 2008 it has produced more than +40,000 oz per year of gold in each of its five consecutive years running under Claude Resources. With current gold prices at ~1290$/oz that would be over 40 million per year
With some of these strong indicators of a potentially rich find WestChi Resources and Ocean X feel that this property could hold the key to eventually gaining the means and extensive capital needed to eventually explore and discover worldwide oceans for prehistory.
What was just discovered/announced last month!
Here is some more back ground to what has been going on in the area

Ocean X Team started wreck career by finding an American B-17 bomber in 1992, off the Swedish east coast.
In 1994 Ocean X Team found information about a ship wreck loaded with champagne and cognac in local court archives. This lead to the great find of the small schooner “Jönköping” in 1997 and the salvage of the same in year 1998. 2400 bottles of Heidsieck & Co MONOPOLE Gôut Americain 1907 champagne where recovered from the wreck and raised world record prices when sold at Christie’s auction house in London. Ocean X Team has participated in many other wreck projects and salvages and is constantly working on new Projects.
However, on the 19 June a very strange anomaly was found during a sonar survey of the sea floor. Peter Lindberg, Dennis Asberg, the initiators of the expeditions, says that he has never seen anything like it even if he has spent hundreds of hours watching sonar images of the sea floor, "it's up to the rest of the world to decide what it is" he says. "It is not in our sphere of interest to go for this object since the cost for each hour out on the sea are tremendous" he says, "Since it might be nothing we can not afford spending funds just to have a look at it, even if it might be a "new" Stonehenge standing on the bottom.

In 1999 Ocean Explorer team found the wreck "Kyros" which had 1000 bottles of cognac and 300 bottles of liquer in her hold. Depth, lack of funding and weather problem has made this project an "unclosed" project so far.
