Sitecore Positioned as a Visionary in Gartner’s Multichannel Campaign Management Magic Quadrant for Second Consecutive Year 

San Francisco June 5, 2013 Sitecore, a global leader in customer experience management software, today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Visionaries Quadrant of the 2013 Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Campaign Management (MCCM). According to Gartner, companies considered to be “Visionaries” drive the market, with a strong vision for where the campaign management market is headed. In addition, these innovators set the strategic direction for the market and demonstrate the innovative capabilities that the market will eventually adopt. [1]

According to the Gartner report, digital marketing continues to fuel the multichannel campaign management market. [2] Additionally, Gartner finds that digital marketing budgets totaled 2.5% of revenue and will increase 9% this year. [3]
