GOTHENBURG, Sweden – October 24, 2017 – Adfenix, the Swedish real-estate technology specialist, today announced it has raised $6m in a series A funding round to continue its meteoric growth and early market dominance in the Nordics, UK and Australia. The funds will boost continued innovation and accelerate Adfenix’s cloud-based customer services offering to real-estate agencies in all major economies in Europe and open up for entry into the US market during 2018.

Adfenix’s exponential growth has been driven by its fully automated social relationship services platform, purpose built for national and international real-estate agencies with multiple offices or franchises.

Gabriel Kamienny, Co-founder of Adfenix says: “We are equipping real estate agents and their clients with the power to sell and buy homes easier and quicker. I truly believe that the real estate agents of tomorrow are all going to be tech-enabled, and we want to help both traditional agencies to make this leap as well as boosting the new class of hybrid online agencies with their value proposition. We have had the great pleasure of having a lot of awesome people joining our force lately, and this is a key reason for our success. We are also delighted to have Notion Capital, Industrifonden, Starbright and Goodfellows as investors as we continue our quest to help the worlds’ estate agents reinvent themselves!”

Today, large real-estate companies like RE/MAX, Sotheby’s, Harcourts are using the Adfenix B2B cloud platform to automatically reach significantly more potential home buyers, increase viewings, maximise end price and ultimately empower their agents to shorten sales cycles and sell more homes with less manual effort.

Chris Tottman, partner at Notion Capital says: “Residential real-estate is the world’s largest asset class and the process of selling and buying property is now ripe for digitization, more automation and improved customer experience. We were very impressed by how quickly Adfenix has transformed large real-estate agencies’ sales performance by automatically mapping and analyzing underlying property data, leveraging social media and using intelligent chat-bot messaging to optimize the property transaction process. We can see that Adfenix has taking the early lead with the clear aim to become the de-facto category leader in this space.”

John Sjölander, Investment Partner at Industrifonden adds: "The team impressed us with their fast growth, across many regions. Taking into account that they bootstrapped, it's even more impressive. Together with an excellent international investor syndicate, we're very excited to help growing this company even faster."

Jeremy Collins of Farrell Heyworth, UK says: “We are able to more than double the number of showings in the first 3 weeks of a listing when we use Adfenix Home Booster.”

This is the first institutional financing for Adfenix. Chris Tottman, partner at Notion Capital and John Sjölander, investment partner at Industrifonden will join the board of Adfenix AB.
