As a Solution Developer in the Unified Communications category of the Cisco Developer Network, Teleopti has completed interoperability verification testing required by Cisco.
The integration between the solutions allows the rich historical and real time statistics generated by Cisco UCCE and UCCX 8.5 to be seamlessly imported into Teleopti CCC. The data is the basis for accurate forecasting, powerful scheduling, flexible intraday management and schedule adherence monitoring, advanced reporting and Performance Management with Teleopti CCC. Customers can now be sure to always get a robust and scalable integration that is up to date with the latest developments from both contact center applications.
For customers this means that Teleopti’s powerful optimization, management and adherence monitoring tools are matched by accurate and timely statistics from the Cisco platform, allowing them to increase their operational efficiency, boost employee and customer satisfaction and save staff and IT costs.
