Danderyd, Sweden – June, 03, 2011 – Teleopti, a solution developer in the Unified Communications category of the Cisco Developer Network, announced today that its leading Workforce Management solution Teleopti CCC is interoperable with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) 8.5 as well as Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) 8.5. As a Solution Developer in the Unified Communications category of the Cisco Developer Network, Teleopti has completed interoperability verification testing required by Cisco.

The integration between the solutions allows the rich historical and real time statistics generated by Cisco UCCE and UCCX 8.5 to be seamlessly imported into Teleopti CCC. The data is the basis for accurate forecasting, powerful scheduling, flexible intraday management and schedule adherence monitoring, advanced reporting and Performance Management with Teleopti CCC. Customers can now be sure to always get a robust and scalable integration that is up to date with the latest developments from both contact center applications.

For customers this means that Teleopti’s powerful optimization, management and adherence monitoring tools are matched by accurate and timely statistics from the Cisco platform, allowing them to increase their operational efficiency, boost employee and customer satisfaction and save staff and IT costs. This is especially important for customers running Cisco UCCX (Express), as they are now able to enjoy the same optimization benefits that were previously available through Teleopti’s integration with the Enterprise version of Cisco’s platform.

Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise delivers intelligent contact routing, call treatment, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration (CTI), and multichannel contact management over an IP infrastructure. It combines multichannel automatic call distributor (ACD) functionality with IP telephony in a unified solution, enabling your company to rapidly deploy a distributed contact center infrastructure. Cisco Unified Contact Center Express is a single-server, integrated "contact center in a box" for both formal and informal contact centers.

Olle Düring, CEO of Teleopti says: “Our customers are asking for cutting edge contact center solutions that integrate seamlessly with their Unified Communications infrastructure. Working together with Cisco to develop, test and certify our products ensures that customers can focus on their business instead of integrating technologies. We are especially proud to be able to extend our solutions to Cisco UCCX (Express) customers.”

The Cisco Developer Network unites Cisco with third-party developers of hardware and software to deliver tested interoperable solutions to joint customers.  As a Solution Developer, Teleopti shares Cisco’s strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction, has completed interoperability verification testing based on criteria set forth by Cisco, and can provide their customers 24 hour, 7 days a week customer support. * Interoperability testing is designed to simulate typical customer configurations, and does not replace the need for on-site testing in conjunction with actual implementation.
