The main goal is the fight of great importance held in Karlstad, Sweden end of September, but the first challenge is coming up this Friday in Malmö, Sweden.
At the show "History," taking place on September 10th, Laurén will take on the tough fighter Borislava Goranova in a fight over six rounds. Goranova has over 30 professional fights and great experience as a boxer. She has fought in several title matches in her career and is at the moment ranked number nine in Europe.

Since a lot of my planned fights this past spring and summer got cancelled I am thrilled to finally get a chance to get up in the ring and do my job" says Laurén. "My goal is still to get a Championship title and this will be great preparation towards my main goal," she adds.
History is arranged by Spotlight Promotions. Find more information about the fight and the show at  www.spotlightpromotions.se
Laurén competes for the stall New Sweden and fights in the Welter weight class. Laurén is coached by Carlos Echegaray, the head coach of club BK Dalen, Stockholm. Her record is 4-0 (1KO) and at the moment she is ranked number five in Europe and 10th in the world.
"Mikaela is in an amazing shape at the moment" says Echegaray. "We have had some great training camps this summer, both in Sweden and abroad, and she's had lots of tough sparring the whole summer. She's more than ready for a fight."
