Tolpagorni has worked together with our partner Coordination Arabia, based in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the creation of a Product management function at the manufacturing company Rowad Plastic – a company within the Tasnee group. Rowad is stepping in to new market segments in line with the corporate strategy. To make this happen a product management organizational function has been created and Tolpagorni has assisted in the establishing of ways of working as well as well as skills and methodology.
The program has run for 8 months and has consisted of a mix of training, workshops and coaching addressing areas selected in dialogue with the customer. The next face has now been secured focusing on Value based Product marketing to support in the market deployment during 2016.
The program has been tailor made for Rowad with a number of different delivery formats as well as topics, from Strategy level to hands-on planning. The training was designed by Tolpagorni consultants after an initial assessmentof the Rowad Product management team and is based on the Tolpagorni Product management Framework as well as best practice from the B2B industry.
The delivery is an operating Product management function with a common platform of understanding regarding suitable methodology for high performing Product management. Covering areas such as how to create Market insight, Product planning, Business modelling and Risk assessment. Also delivered are some cornerstone tools to use such as a Product strategy and Roadmap in place for the product areas.
"We are proud to have been selected as supplier of this ambitious program assisting Rowad to success in these new business areas!", says Magnus Billgren CEO and founder of Tolpagorni Product management.
