Total make over! inkClub’s new online shop has opened

inkClub, Europe's largest supplier of ink cartridges and toner on the Internet, has renovated the shop. The web site has received a face lift, the ordering process has been simplified and the customers are offered better conditions than ever.

The ordering process of is now simplified and the time to go through the process has been shortened. The goal has of course been to create a more intuitive process.  

- Our focus is the customer experience. It is supposed to be easy to shop at inkClub. Because of this, we have kept the functions that have worked well in the past and added some new ones to help the customer along the way, says Fredrik Brandt, CEO at inkClub. The new platform gives us the possibility to develop and continue adding new functions when needed.

Today has e-commerce online shops in 14 European markets. The simple ordering process, the rapid delivery times and the large range of printer products are some of the company's success factors.

The customer finds the delivery times and the promise of the printer warranty being valid whatever type of cartridge you use: ECO, compatible or original, very important.

In connection with the launch of the new web site, a 30-day return policy has been introduced to the customers in all markets.

- We want to give our customers something more and the opportunity to buy something with a 30-day return policy is a good deal. The customers should feel safe and secure when shopping at inkClub, says Fredrik Brandt.
