We met Paco Perez on a trip to Barcelona. The light from his poetical and Zen-like lamps caught our attention and we immediately knew that this man we wanted to collaborate with. Paco Perez is a renowned Catalonian artist, he has designed interior lighting for local hotels and bars and his exquisite designs are sold from his studio. Paco Perez primarily works in celluloid paper but also in wood and ceramic; basic materials and a touch of alchemy.

SLOWFASHIONhouse now offers a selection of his paper lamps with their characteristic organic shapes inspired by nature as well as the cubic and cylindrical shaped ones which are based on the idiom of Asian minimalism. All lamps are individually crafted and the result of a vision which is both contemporary and traditional, they show the imprint of the human hand.

SLOWFASHIONhouse was launched in August 2008 by Danish designer Rigetta Klint. The virtual department store links innovative designers, working as a meeting point for various contemporary cultural expressions. SLOWFASHIONhouse offers a careful selection of sustainable high-end fashion, design and lifestyle products in a unique atmosphere.
