After a successful pilot concluded this January in Dubai, we invite another 15 female leaders to take part of Women Leadership Exchange Program, an unique leadership development program for female managers in Sweden and in the United Arab Emirates.
Mona Fekri, Chief Human Capital Officer at TECOM Investments-Dubai Holding, was one of the 19 participants in last year’s program:

Women Leadership Exchange Program is an unique leadership exchange program that specifically targets female leaders in the United Arab Emirates and Sweden. By participating the participant will gain an increased cultural understanding, insight and contact with organizations and businesses in the United Arab Emirates.
Women Leadership Exchange Program is also an unique leadership development program where the participant will work on their personal leadership practice and individual leadership challenges.
The program is based on Action Reflection Learning®. The participants will train in innovative participatory methods of leading and build strong networks and communities of peers for long term challenge and support.
The next Women Leadership Exchange Program starts in August 25th, 2013!

- You want to explore different facets of being a woman in a leadership position and gain a greater understanding of specific opportunities and challenges
