My son’s favourite recipe is the Creamy Pumpkin Soup with Ginger and Chickpeas. All the ingredients in this recipe are healthy and clean items. There are no preservatives in the recipes that are listed, which make your child’s meal a healthy one.

Making your own baby food is not only healthy for your children but is also very cost effective. When making a batch of the pumpkin soup I am able to serve my little one a couple of servings or freeze individual servings for later meals. This way you always have something ready to go that is always nutritious and healthy.
