24MAS Calls EGM to Elect New Board Members

STOCKHOLM, 17 December 2012. 24 Mobile Advertising Solutions AB (“24MAS”) today announced the call for an Extraordinary General Meeting to elect its Board of Directors, set for 17 January 2013, 10:00 a.m. (CET), at the company’s headquarters located at Hästholmsvägen 28, Nacka.

Shareholders must confirm their attendance through any of the following: 1) writing a letter addressed to 24 Mobile Advertising Solutions, Hästholmsvägen 28, 131 30 Nacka; 2) by telephone at 08 535 24 100; 3) fax to 08 535 24 199; or 4) e-mail to ir@24solutions.se.  The notification should include, where applicable, complete authorization documents, such as registration or equivalent.

Shareholders with nominee-registered shares through a bank or other nominee must, in order to be able to attend the General Meeting, temporarily register their shares under their own name with Euroclear Sweden AB. They should also inform their nominee well ahead of the 11 January deadline when such registration must be completed.

Documents related to the EGM will be made available no later than two weeks before the meeting and can be requested via email at ir@24mas.com.
