3gamma is currently operating four capability teams: IT strategy and governance, IT sourcing lifecycle, IT operational excellence and IT project management and delivery. We are now looking for a Manager/Senior Manager that can take on the responsibility as head of the new IT risk and assurance capability team.

What we look for

3gamma is committed to continue our growth over the coming years and is extending its current focus with an addition of IT risk and assurance advisory and consulting. The IT risk and assurance capability team will focus on:

• IT risk
  Risk management process design, implementation and review. 3gamma offers expert advice on the complete IT risk management process, from risk identification to risk mitigation in order to improve risk management effectiveness and efficiency
• IT control
  Design, implementation and assessment of IT application, infrastructure and data layer controls to manage risk in major IT deliveries. 3gamma offers expert advisory and consulting services in the design and implementation of a pragmatic and cost-effective IT control framework to manage operational IT risks
• IT assurance
  Assessment of the whole spectrum of risks and controls in place to assure alignment between IT and business objectives. 3gamma offers impartial and independent advisory services based on recognized and proven framework and practices.

As Head of IT risk and assurance, you will take a leading role in establishing and operationalizing the IT risk and assurance capability team within 3gamma. You will lead the capability team’s work in developing offerings, services, frameworks and thought leadership within the IT risk and assurance domain. You will work closely with colleagues from 3gamma’s other capability teams within Sweden, but also across the 3gamma group. You will also turn the team’s insights and your own subject matter expertise into client value through consulting engagements. Additionally, you will participate and drive sales and business development activities on existing and new clients.

The Head of IT risk and assurance reports to the Regional Director, Stockholm.

Your profile:

• You have 7+ years experience from the management consulting industry, preferably with a significant tenure at one of the ‘big four’
• You have practical experience from IT controls service, IT risk management and IT assurance , as well as a strong theoretical foundation, preferably with relevant certifications
• You have experience from business development and sales within the management consulting industry
• You hold a MSc degree or equivalent
