3gamma to present at the itSMF Sweden conference - April 8th

3gamma Senior Manager and former chairman of itSMF Sweden, John Wallhoff will present “Service improvements driven by maturity assessments”, at this years itSMF Sweden Expo ’13. on the 8th of April, 2013 at Operaterrassen in Stockholm.

The presentation will explore the trend of a new approach to measure maturity of IT that is now supported by both the ITIL and COBIT frameworks. As a “TIPA for ITIL Lead Assessor”, John will give an overview of the method, how it is used and how it will contribute to service improvements. Through maturity assessments organizations not only achieve “Excellence in Service Management” but are also able to measure how well they perform; and more importantly it provides an approach to working with continual improvements in reality.
