New investor possibilities in the innovative Swedish company 4light AB

4light announces a new share issue. The company, with focus on safety and brilliant LED products, is in its 4th year of operation. The new investment money will mainly be used to strengthen marketing and sales.

The company continues the development of new consumer products: The LED equipped backpack Firefly, which is now on sale, is followed by FireDry - a bigger and fully waterproof backpack. FireDry is expected to be well received by MC and bike commuters. The new investment money will also be used to start the FireDry production.

The aim of the share issue is get EUR 1 million in new capital. Previous share issues have altogether provided almost that amount.

The invitation to take part in the share issue is given to the present share holders and to selected investors, Swedish and international. Smaller investors will also be invited to take part via crowd funding, in cooperation with the FundedByMe platform.
