Delphi advises Lagercrantz Group on acquisition of Thermod AB

Delphi has advised Lagercrantz Group on the acquisition of the Swedish company, Thermod AB and the Polish company, Ampol Serwis Sp.zo.o and its subsidiary Thermod Polska Sp.zo.o.

Delphi’s Per Berglöf was lead partner with Fredrik Mörner heading the project. The Polish law firm, Wadinsky & Partners advised on the Polish acquisition.

Lagercrantz Group is a technology group with business in eight countries and an annual turnover of SEK 2300 million . Thermod develops, manufactures and sells specialist internal doors in GRP laminate for refrigerated rooms and freezers or environments with high demands on hygiene or resistance to moisture.
