Delphi advisor to AddLife AB in connection with rights issue
Delphi has acted as legal advisor to AddLife AB in connection with a rights issue of approximately SEK 300 million. The rights issue has been carried out in connection with AddLife’s listing on Nasdaq Stockholm (Mid Cap). The listing on Nasdaq was conducted in March 2016 and the subscription period in the rights issue expired on 25 April 2016. The interest in the rights issue has been high, and about 98.8 percent of the offered shares were subscribed for with subscription rights. The rights issue was oversubscribed by approximately 69.6 percent.
AddLife AB is a leading independent player within the Nordic Life Science sector with an estimated annual sale of approximately SEK 1.7 billion. AddLife has 25 subsidiaries and 450 employees in the Nordic countries. Clients are operating within healthcare, laboratories and research in the private and public sectors. AddLife provides high-quality technology products, services and qualified advice in all Nordic markets.
