Delphi advisor to NIBE in the acquisition of EMIN Group in Turkey/Serbia
Advokatfirman Delphi has assisted NIBE Industrier AB in the acquisition of EMIN Group whose main products are coupling systems for fluids sold to manufacturers of energy equipment. NIBE Industrier AB has signed an agreement to acquire 51% of the EMIN Group and has a call option to acquire an additional 29% in 2025.
Delphi has been lead counsel in the acquisition and cooperated with the law firms Pekin & Bayar Law Firm, Turkey and Karanovic & Partners, Serbia.
Delphi’s team included Per-Ivar Svensson, partner, together with Anders Jemail and Emelie Olsson Zulfijaj.
