Delphi advisor when Lifesum (ShapeUp Club AB) is raising external capital
Delphi has been advisor to Lifesum when it took in about 44 million in venture capital. The two new partners are the German media giant Bauer Media Group and the venture capital firm SparkLabs Global Ventures. The choice to bring in new equity is to increase the expansion rate.
Lifesum started in 2008 and was then called ShapeUp Club. Lifesum is an application that focuses on a healthy lifestyle. The app has now been downloaded more than 6.5 million times.
