2012-05-04 10:05 Delphi is advising OK-Q8 AB on the formation of a new Scandinavian group through OKQ8 AB’S acquisition of shares in Q8 Danmark A/S from Kuwait Petroleum Europe BV. The OK economic association and Kuwait Petroleum International own fifty percent each of the new group. Turnover in the new group totals SEK 24.7 billion excluding moms and other taxes.
