NEWS RELEASE 23 April 2012, 17h20 Air Mauritius offers 1,943,946 seats from 01 April 12 to 31 March 2013. Increase of 3% compared to previous year. The first step of the new business model, network optimization has already been implemented for the current financial year (01 April 12-31 March 13). The overall effect is a 3% increase in capacity with a rebalancing of growth on short and medium haul flights – mainly around the Indian Ocean rim and emerging markets. To recall, the following services have been suspended. End of May 12: Milan, Sydney, Melbourne End of October 12: Frankfurt, Munich, Geneva, Durban. The following destinations have been retained: Paris, London, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Cape Town, St Denis, St Pierre, Antananarivo, Rodrigues, Perth, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai. The following additional weekly flights have been added: With effect from April 2012: Mumbai + 1 frequency to reach 4 frequencies With effect from beginning of June 2012: Perth + 1 frequency to reach 3 frequencies With effect from end of October 2012: Nairobi + 1 frequency to reach 3 frequencies Johannesburg + up to 7 frequencies to reach up to 14 frequencies

Cape Town + 1 frequency to reach 3 frequencies Antananarivo + 2 frequencies to reach 6 frequencies Kuala Lumpur 3 nonstop frequencies Also to recall, the markets where we are suspending services are being served via our hubs with our partners. From Italy, our customers will have opportunities to fly from 6 destinations with our partner Air France twice a day via our Paris hub. Likewise, from Germany, 10 destinations will be offered twice a day via Paris and 3 destinations from Switzerland via Paris. From Australia, we will offer connections twice a week via Perth, to the rest of Australia. Next year, Perth will move to 3 frequencies and therefore our customers from Australia will have three opportunities to fly to Mauritius and from Mauritius connect to our network. From Kuala Lumpur, we will connect to 10 points to South East and North East Asia with our partner, Malaysian Airlines. From Johannesburg, we will connect twice a day to many points in Southern Africa with our partner South African Airways. From Nairobi, we will connect three times a week to many points to East and West Africa with our partner Kenya Airways. André Viljoen, Acting CEO stated: “Our plan which consists of recovery and game changer steps is in motion. This year we will add over 70,000 seats while rebalancing growth to the Indian Ocean rim countries and Asia. We are also providing a wider choice and giving flexibility to our customers. We believe that we now have a more attractive offer in line with the worldwide trend.”
