Aritco opens three new regional offices in UK, Thailand and Malaysia

The Swedish lift company Aritco increases the presence in several new markets by opening regional offices. Aritco sells about 2,500 platformlifts and home lifts per year, of which 90% is exported to outside Sweden. Aritco has developed a successful marketing concept in Sweden, which they now introduce on some important export markets through the opening of Aritco UK, Aritco Malaysia and Aritco Thailand.  The establishment of regional offices is part of the company’s aggressive plan to grow together with their partners. In 2014 Aritco plan to grow further and open additional regional offices.

“By opening regional offices on our key export markets, we hope to increase our local presence with the possibility of local marketing campaigns, quicker technical support and better sales support to our local partners. The plan is that each office shall be staffed with marketing personnel, sales support and technical support. In a near future, we also aim to offer faster delivery of spare parts by establishing local spare part hubs”, says John Löwbäck, Sales and Marketing Director at Aritco.

The regional offices will not work with direct sales. They will instead focus on increasing the demand for Aritco’s platform lifts and home lifts and generate more sales to existing and new partners.

 “Thanks to our partnership with independent partners we have had a steady growth of over 10% the recent years. We see that this is a successful strategy that we want to continue and develop further”, says Tommy Löwbäck, CEO of Aritco.

The regional offices will be a vital link between the company’s headquarter and factory in Kungsangen, Sweden and the local partners who sell and install Aritco’s lift in each market. Aritco has over 140 independent partners in more than 40 different countries.
