2011-06-22 08:44 University of California, San Fransisco (UCSF): A method has been optimized to extract Botulinum toxin A from the inclusion body, refold it into active form and purify it using ion exchange chromatography. A rapid immunoassay was also developed to facilitate monitoring of active Botulinum toxin A during purification, using Attana's quartz crystal microbalance sensor technology.

2011-05-27 09:12 Attana and Layerlab: Lipoparticles containing a CXCR4 chemokine receptor were immobilized using memLAYER on the Attana LNB Carboxyl chip. The applicability of lipoparticles and memLAYER for functional studies of GPCRs on the Attana A200 biosensor are demonstrated as well as the benefits of the memLAYER-immobilization.

2010-06-30 09:58 The objective of this application note was primarily to screen mouse IgG antibodies from crude samples for dissociation rates of bound antigen, and to determine detailed kinetic rate constants between the antigen and an antibody selected in the screen. Among other things, a method to capture mouse IgG from hybridoma supernatants was developed which can be replicated for capture of human IgGs.

2010-06-04 08:22 A list of publications where the Attana systems have been utilized. The publications relate to various species such as glycovesicles, antibodies, proteins, nanobodies and more.
