BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - Oct 22, 2012) - Cooley Manion Jones LLP, on behalf of their client Wrapsol, LLC, are pleased to announce that on June 13, 2012, the United States District Courts for the Central District of California and the District of Utah issued orders granting a stipulation of dismissal of all claims between ZAGG Intellectual Property Holding Co., Inc. ("ZAGG") and Wrapsol, LLC, ("Wrapsol") with prejudice. ZAGG had commenced an action against Wrapsol in the Central District of California alleging that Wrapsol's Original screen-protector products infringed United States Patent No. 7,389,869. ZAGG subsequently commenced an action against Wrapsol in the District of Utah alleging that Wrapsol's Ultra, Original, Ultra Hybrid, and Original Clean screen-protector products infringed United States Patent No. 7,957,524. ZAGG stipulated to the dismissal with prejudice of all such claims. As of June 12, 2012, none of Wrapsol's products are subject to patent infringement litigation, or litigation of any kind.
