Boris Lindberg appointed Managing Director of GISAB - Gällivare Industriservice
Boris Lindberg has been appointed Managing Director of GISAB, Gällivare Industriservice AB.
GISAB is a provider of construction-, manufacturing- and assembly services and solutions for general industry and mining. The company specializes in heavy mechanical projects and demanding technical maintenance. GISAB has 100 employees, annual sales of 200 MSEK, headquarters in Gällivare and branches in Kiruna and Luleå. GISAB has been awarded the DI Gazelle Award twice for its solid and rapid growth. GISAB was acquired by Axel Johnson International in 2014 and is part of the AxIndustries business group.
Boris Lindberg, who currently holds a position as Business Area Manager for power distribution grids at Pite Energi, brings many years of industrial experience, including management of mining operations and maintenance. He assumes his new position at GISAB on September 1.

Boris Lindberg har utsetts till VD för GISAB, Gällivare Industriservice AB.
GISAB erbjuder helhetslösningar inom konstruktion, tillverkning och montage för industrin och gruvnäringen. Bolaget är specialiserat på stora, komplexa mekaniska projekt samt underhåll, ofta i mycket krävande miljöer. GISAB har drygt 100 anställda, huvudkontor i Gällivare och lokala filialer i Kiruna och Luleå. Bolaget omsätter 200 MSEK och den snabba tillväxten har bidragit till att GISAB två gånger tilldelats utmärkelsen DI Gasell. GISAB förvärvades 2014 av Axel Johnson International och ingår i affärsgruppen AxIndustries.
Boris Lindberg har gedigen industriell bakgrund, bland annat från drift och underhåll av gruvverksamhet. Han kommer närmast från Pite Energi där han varit affärsområdeschef för elnät. Boris Lindberg tillträder tjänsten som VD för GISAB den 1 september.
