Stämman i Bactiguard Holding AB har beslutat komplettera styrelsen med Ewa Ställdal och Ulf Mattsson som ordinarie styrelseledamöter. Sedan tidigare ingår Thomas von Koch, ordförande och Christian Kinch, VD i styrelsen. Efter fem års styrelsearbete har Tomas Puusepp bestämt sig för att lämna styrelsen.
