PMI-PBA® Certification Preparation (e-learning)

Course Content

The purpose of the course is to prepare you for the PMI-PBA certification. It is introducing you to the certification, application process and the format of the exam itself, as well as providing a good summary of the 5 business analysis core domains.

The course has been split into 2 main parts (i) lecture part, (ii) self-study quizzes per domain and of simulated certification exam.

  • Analysis - requirements management and analysis, business analysis’ largest area
  • Monitoring - requirements management during project execution
  • Evaluation - evaluate how well the project objectives and requirements have been met

  • with 30 randomly selected self-study questions per subject area
Simulated certification
  • exam with 200 randomly selected certification issues
