Brännland Iscider Barrique 2014 wins Ratebeer Best 2018 cider and perry category

As the awards from Ratebeer Best 2018 were revealed in January Brännland Cider was awarded two Gold medals in the Best by style, Cider and Perry category, for Brännland Iscider Barrique 2014 that also won the category and Brännland Iscider Barrique 2015 that placed second in the category.
Ratebeer is the premier international commercial beer awards competition with a truly worldwide reach and more than 470,000 beers and ciders from over 26,000 producers worldwide present in the competition.

Brännland Cider produces cider using 100% Swedish apples for a national and international market. The company's first vintage, an ice cider produced in the Swedish county of Västerbotten, not far from the arctic circle, using Swedish apples in adherence to the denomination set in the country of origin of ice cider, Canada, was released in 2012.
