Cambio issues inaugural bond with exceptional outcome
Yesterday, Cambio successfully placed a Senior Secured SEK 500m bond at 3-Months-STIBOR + 4.25% – one of the lowest spreads ever seen for a private equity-backed company in the Nordic High Yield bond market. Thanks to Cambio’s compelling credit profile, the transaction gathered exceptionally strong interest from the Nordic fixed income investor base resulting in a multiple subscribed orderbook. The outcome demonstrates the great confidence of public investors in Cambio and its owner Investcorp.
The bond will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm or another Nordic regulated market within 12 months.
