CERTEX, one of Europe’s largest suppliers of Lifting goods and services in Europe, has entered a purchasing agreement with lifting gear manufacturers, Crosby Group Europe plc, to ensure immediate availability of Crosby stock to CERTEX customers across Europe.

AxLoad, top-ranking supplier of lifting and cargo securing products and services acquires the majority of the shares in Mennens Group from De Hoge Dennen Capital, a Dutch privately held investment company.

AxLoad, marknadsledare inom lyft och lastsäkring, förvärvar majoriteten i holländska Mennens Group från det privata investmentbolaget De Hoge Dennen Capital. Mennens är den marknadsledande distributören av stållinor, lyftredskap och därtill relaterad service i Benelux. Förvärvet innebär att AxLoad blir störst i Europa inom lyft- och lastsäkring.
