Nu finns riktigt träningskäk på Circle K
Lagom till sommaren lanserar Circle K en ny färdigrätt för alla som efterfrågar riktigt bra träningskost längs de svenska vägarna. En proteintallrik med kyckling, ägg och bönor lanseras i mitten av maj och blir det perfekta valet för människor som ställer höga krav på kosten.
Idag ställer allt fler människor stora krav på sin kost, ofta i samband med träning. Många upplever att det är en utmaning att hitta riktigt bra, näringsriktig och nyttig mat när man är på språng. Circle K jobbar därför vidare med att utveckla ett heltäckande mat- och dryckesutbud och gör nu en satsning på fler hälsosamma alternativ.
– Vi ville ta fram ett riktigt bra alternativ för att tillfredsställa de många tränings- och hälsointresserade kunder som besöker oss varje dag. Proteintallriken erbjuder allt vad en kostmedveten och hårt tränande person söker, både när det kommer till smak och näringsinnehåll. Med örtmarinerad bönmix, svensk kyckling, ägg och lufttorkad skinka är rätten rik på fullvärdigt protein och sparsam på kolhydrater. Perfekt kombination för de som ställer höga krav på sin kost, säger Anna-Karin Thörne, kategorichef på Circle K.
Proteintallriken innehåller drygt 27 gram protein och 40 gram fett. Utmärkt för den som behöver ett bra energitillskott under tuffa träningsperioder. Med bara 11 gram kolhydrater varav 3,6 gram sockerartade bidrar den också till en lång och balanserad blodsockerkurva. Utöver proteintallriken har Circle K också ett stort utbud av träningssnacks så som energidrycker, proteinbars, dadelbollar och proteinpuddingar.
– Vi arbetar ständigt för att utveckla vårt matsortiment för människor i farten. Därför känns det extra kul att nu kunna tilltala alla tränings- och hälsointresserade. Proteintallriken är otroligt fräsch och känns extremt nyttig - ett självklart nästa steg. Efterfrågan på dessa typer av produkter är anmärkningsvärd och vi tror att denna måltid kommer att landa helt rätt i målgrupp, säger Anna-Karin Thörne.
