Citerus hosts Agile Transformational Leader in Stockholm

The founders of Trans4mation, LLC (T4), Michele Madore and Michael Spayd are visiting Citerus in Stockholm on June 18-20, 2018. During these days they will run the class of “Certified Agile Transformational Leader”.

Digitalization is driving transformation of many companies to adopt new ways of working. There is a great need of good transformational leadership to reduce the pain of change and maximizing the chances to succeed.

Madore and Spayd are well known within the agile community, having helped and coached many organizations, authored books and articles and presented at numerous conferences.

This workshop is meant for Agile Coaches and Leaders on a strategic and operational level. It has previously been hosted in the US and several other countries but this will be the first time in Northern Europe.

Michele Madore is a hands-on leader and an Enterprise Agile Coach and Organizational Change Agent, with expertise in facilitating and enabling strategies that align with business goals and objectives. Over 20 years of experience in the technology industry managing and delivering complex technology solutions. Michele co-founded Trans4mation with Michael in 2016 and is Managing Partner.

Michael Spayd has worked as an organizational change coach and consultant for more than 25 years. He specializes in large-scale Agile transformation efforts, working with numerous organizations, leaders, and dozens and dozens of teams. He was the co-founder and CEO of the Agile Coaching Institute. He co-founded Trans4mation with Michele in 2016 and is Managing Partner.

Michael & Michele are co-authors of a book (in progress) on Agile Enterprise Transformation using the Integral Agile Transformation Framework™ .
